    HOW COME ALMOST ALL THE GOLD4RS CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE, DONT KNOW ENGLISH OR ARE SLOW ASS TYPERS... DO THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE OR WHAT........................... :s

    Don't be so negative towards them... It's not easy to learn and speak a secondary language somewhat fluently. Imagine running a website here in the US and having to learn Chinese, Japanese, German, etc to speak to customers.I give them props for what English they know.

    Ive heard that for chinese/japanese people, its alot harder to learn english then for example people who are from europe. Like fishfishy said above, they try their best so no need to be so negative. I'd love to hear you speaking chinese...
