Recovering a banned account?

I just wanted to know if I can recover an account that was banned for botting about a year ago and also how I could do this?

 

I could unban it for you for 5$ i've unbanned most of my banned accounts in my time.

You should have new appeals.

 

Just recover it with no info you have. You should be able to recover.

 

I don't think you can, my account is still banned from last year for botting...

 

To recover it such as a lost password?

Yes you can do this; just send in a lost password request as normal.

 

All I know is the username; I don't remember the password. Also, do I click Appeal offence to appeal a ban? I am not trying to recover an account but ask Jagex to unban it.

 

Not very likely to get it unbanned.

And yes, you go to appeal offence to attempt to get it "unbanned"

But you need your password first.

You can send an E-mail personally to Jagex as a last effort.

 

Not a good chance to get it unbanned, tried using the "now people only get 14 days, can I has another chance?" to no avail

What does re-appealable mean?

 

my account also got banned about a year ago for botting but I used 2 appeals up back then and have not gotten any since

 

Re-appeal and you got a good chance of getting it back in a few days, tell them how you have changed since being banned and you are no longer the same person and have no desire to bot ever again.

 

you have a xx good chance, make it good, don't think the bots read it etc. they do investigate.

I wish they'd give me another appeal. If i got my old account back I'd just give away the one i'm using now and it's not that bad tbh.

How do I send an email to jagex?

 

Okay, I will try and appeal and I think that saying I am a different person since then will help

Also, how long do you think the appeal should be?

 

If you use up all the letters it shows them that you care more about your account.
