DLNA and Wireless Media Questions

OK, so currently i have TVersity software
i use this to watch videos through my tv wirelessly, and other pppl with ps3 that can use dlna

what i was wondering, is there something out there that can have my videos available 24/7 and not have to depend on my computer to be turned on for this DLNA set up to work.

i hope someone understands what im trying to say here...
