What is your favorite muscle to train?

Hey guys,

Title says all. More specifically, what are your favorite muscles to train? Are there any exercises you get excited about prior to going to the gym? Keep in mind, it doesn't have to be just weightlifting! Runners, cyclists, crossfitters , all welcome!

Personally, my favorite muscle groups to train would be my legs and chest. My favorite exercises are the barbell squat, and the incline dumbbell press.

 

I train my right forearm on the daily. Basically the only muscle I consistently train. Have my own personal setup at home. Can show pics if you'd like.

 

Pectoral even though I'm not a big fan of doing bench press due to shoulder strains. I enjoy looking at the contractions of the chest.

 

Like kiro said I enjoy doing chest my favorite workout is weighted dips and dumbbell bench press

 

Chest feels the most rewarding for me if hit exactly right although I have a hard time perfectly feeling the burn in my chest even with fairly strict form due to tri development

 

Triceps for sure... Love the feeling I get from it idk why

 

I like the burn in my legs the most after a good leg day

 

Yeah feels really good as the strength begins to come back to your legs

 

Definitely chest. Bench press and dumbell bench press.

 

This. I also love working my quads and hamstrings but having my shorts split every now and then because of how low I squat is starting to get annoying.

 

Triceps/arms in general. It is fun trying to shampoo when you can't even lift your arms above your chest aha.

Triceps 100% the feeling of the pump in those badboys is unbeatable

 

front squats suck but its the best payout.

Not really a muscle, but cardio is my favorite to workout.

 

Chest, back and triceps in that order. I love seeing progression on my key lifts (incline/flat bench and weighted pullups + barbell rows), as well as weighted dips.

 

I enjoy training my back. Few of my favorite exercises for that are; Pull-ups, bent over rows, single arm rows and deadlifts

 

Shoulders. Nothing better than just forcing the weight up over your head, and the exercises are more varied than chest.
