Troll Alert: Not everyone is a fat out of shape piece of shit like you.
Stick around though, you could probably learn a lot in the "Sports, Health and Fitness" forums.

I've been slacking a few months and I'm still a novice. I got to 80KG at my peak, but I never did a proper routine with the important lifts such as Squat, deadlift, and overhead. Always loved bench, and Tri's.

My strength is awful compared to many, but when I started I weighed 66KG, was curling 5kg dumbbells, benching 20KG, and couldn't do much cardio at all.

    Age: 23
Height: 5"9-5"11 (not measured in 4-5 years)
    Weight: 75KG +/-
    Bench: 65KG (personal best)
Deadlift: 40KG (only started doing this recently, i do 20-40kg just to practice my form
Squat: Not done (ik not good, I can tell this is gonna be one exercise i'll hate)
Supplements: Protein powders (so many different). Only good supplements I had was Creatine Monohydrate (amazing even if placebo), Optimum Nutrition mass gainer (so much better than the gold standard whey protein for me personally). Also had a sample of a pre-workout that was like cocaine without the weirdness.
    Personal Goal: 85KG and lean

    Age: 24
    Height: 5''8
    weight: 65kg roughly
deadlift: 225 lbs ORM(one rep max)
bench: never tried for ORM, but i do 3x6 of 135 lbs
    squat: 180 ORM.
I'm a beginner, and it's so de-motivating when i see guys who are like 16-20 years old doing like the double of me, and they weigh like twice my weight. Trying to bulk, any tips guys?

You need some weight gainer protein dawg. MHP Up Your Mass worked well for me. Eat as much as you can!

No one really cares what you're lifting unless it involves three plates or more, don't be demotivated. We all had to start somewhere you dig? As far as bulking goes I would look into trail mix. I bought a big bag of that shit at Winco and would eat it throughout the day when I was shooting for 4k cals (would not suggest a bulk that dirty this cut is making me want to kill myself.) Weight gaining powders work too but they're disgusting imo. You're gonna pack on muscle pretty easy because of your height. Just give it time and stick to your routine.

hmu if you have questions I'm happy to help

I fucking hate squats, but I was at 135x1 2 weeks ago so it's an easy improvement so far. First time picking up a weight was 7 months ago

I am going to make two comparisons of November 2016 (my best moments) and now (Nov 2017)

    November 2016

    Age: 17
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 183 lb
    Bench: 185 lb x 3 reps
    Deadlift: 405 lb x 5 reps
    Squat: 315 lb x 6 reps
    Supplements: Organic protein, BCAA

    November 2017:

    Age: 18
    Height: 6'0
    Weight: 160 lb
    Bench: 155 lb x 4 reps
    Deadlift: 365 lb x 3 reps
    Squat: 225 lb x 6 reps
    Supplements: None

I fell back a little bit because I went into surgery for my left knee floating cartilage last year so I cannot squat heavy anymore. Trying to stabilize some issues in real life and then I'm going to get even more active. I used to work out 4x-5x a week but I am currently doing 3x a week.
