Dreaming about things; before they happen?

Well title, is pretty self explanatory; lately, i've been dreaming about things before they have happened.. Nothing too big, just like partying, hanging out with certain people, and possibly a bad thing or two. I don't know why, but it happens quite often, maybe once or twice a week. And it doesn't happen the next day, it happens a week or two later.

 

Yeah Deja Vu, its french for already seen . I have had these plenty of times before. It's a pretty cool experience IMO. If you have them frequently that's different from what I've experienced. At least you can remember your dreams though. Surprising a lot of people cant XD. Sucks for them. Good luck with your visions mate. Also it kind of makes you rethink your purpose on earth. Just brings up a lot of interesting thoughts. I believe there are also people who have never had Deja Vu.

 

Haha yeah, thank's appreciate it. My doctor said i'm considered lucky compared to other people, just because of this, I found it fascinating.

 

It's very fascinating. Dreams are just so unique. Everyone's are different.

Lol, this happens to me sometimes, but not much.
Once I had something happen 3 years after the dream.
I was flipping out.
In the dream I walked into a hotel room, there was music, a passport on the table, and 2 people sitting on the bed.
I went on a school field trip and I went into my friends room, TV on, same song playing, friend's passport on the table, and then I realize this is from my dream and then I look at the people and I'm just like holy crap, this is weird.

 

Yeah it's strange sometimes, but for most part I kind of like it. Although i'd rather have things come right at me, rather then seeing them before it happens.

 

Hmm same here.
Once I found out what I was going to eat for lunch the day before.
I didn't know it was happening but while I was eating I realized this is what I dreamt lol. Mind blown.

I have the same feelings once a week also! It is like the weirdest feeling, like, I knew it was coming or I had seen it happen before.

I remember certain dreams and details in them. I think that is what causes my "Deja Vu"

Love dreaming though. It's like your own world. When I have Deja Vu it just feels like im tasting a piece of my dreamworld. Love it.

 

I've had it a few times, sometimes weeks in advanced, it's weird.

 

I haven't had one in a while :/ But I used to have a lot.

 

Have had it twice in my life, always with several years in between the dream and the event. Scares the shit out of me tbh..

 

Happened quite often to me for most of my life, but I haven't had it happen in a very long time.

I do, however, get Deja Vu when I'm awake now. Which scared me a bit at first, because this type is often a form of seizure. Luckily, it wasn't for me.

 

I have had this happen, I think that in most cases its coincidence, but in some cases what you dream about may effect the way you go through your day, which can cause the things in your dream to actually happen.

I don't dream about this before they happen, but ive got little other that kind of "thing". Sometimes i do something, and i feel i did it already/or it happend already.

 

That's happened to me a lot of times.
Now I get worried when I have it and I don't like the dream.
Like if something bad happens in the dream, I don't like it cause I know it might happen in real life for me.

 

It's possible that you're dreaming about things that have happened in the past, and when you experience a similar event later on, it reminds of the dream, so it seems as if though you've already dreamt about something that's happening in the present. Happens to me all the time :|

 

This could be it possibly.
