What is the scariest film ever?

Paranormal activity 1 was very suspenseful,but nothing scary happens until the end,it's more of creepy not scary exactly.

I haven't saw 2 yet but would suggest trying that out.

Just saw Paranormal Activity 2 and i must say there were some hardcore parts and i usually dont get scared in movies!

 

Resident Evil, 30 days of night. Those were pretty scary.

 

"The Shining" has to be one of my favorites.

Gave me many nightmares as a kid. Those little girls are creepy as fuck.


I also like forgeign films like "Tetsuo: The iron man"

That movie is one of a kind fersure, watch it it will change you.

Paranormal Entity? I heard that it was kind of a "knock off" of paranormal activity, but like 10 time scarier. I have never watched it myself, but I know that it's on netflix.

Paranormal Activity is CRAP. If you're looking for something scary, I would have to suggest.... The Haunting in Conneticut. It has real pictures of dead people from the 1800's. In the pictures theres dead people sitting upright in a chair with their realatives surrounding them, and it's very jumpy. Disgusting looking little boy appearing every so often. Creepy stuff.

 

Go out and rent the human centipede, you will not like the plot, but I promise it will scare you or freak you out. Note: You must watch it alone and in an absolutely dark room. Enjoy

 

The scariest movie easily is The Shining. Just cause of all the creepy things that happen in it and the ending will definitely make you go Wtf? If you've already seen it then I recommend the Dawn of the Dead remake.

I usually don't get scared by movies because I try to think of what is happening as fake, but there are 2 movies I can think of off the top of my head that really scared me: Paranormal Activity, and Devil, when the Devil talks to the guy, those black eyes, it scared the shit out of me.

 

Jacob's ladder. A creepy and unnerving psychological horror. Don't watch this kids. No, seriously. You won't forget watching this one.

 

Any of Stephen King's. They seriously just mindfuck you.

I couldn't sleep for days after watching The Shining, I was like 9 years old back then when I first saw it.

"A Serbian Film" is a really good movie to mess with your head but its pretty uhm uhh... just look it up lol
