What is the purpose of our existance?

In the current state, they contributes to the presumed emotional turmoil inflicted upon family, friends, and to an extent staff.

I've never had witnessed this situation, and hope I never have to, but one of my friends friends had experienced this, and you can clearly differentiate the difference between a before and after snapshot of demeanor.


Directly they may not be contributing, paying taxes, doing a job, but they do contribute.

a working member of society is someone who contributes to the world as a whole. also, every single person is contributes to the world as a whole and therefore are working members of society.

premise 1) a working member of society is a person who contributes to the world.

where is your evidence for the truth of this claim?

furthermore, what is a working member of society other than someone who contributes to the world as a whole?

since you have nothing other than opinion to back up this connection, would it not make sense to simply state the purpose of life is to contribute to the world as a whole?

define contributes to the world. very vague wording that could mean any number of things. furthermore, the purpose of life could be to contribute negatively to the world. no specifiers are given.

Wheres proof for the Multi Verse theory?
This is more of an opinion, but the only proof that I have is that every single person in the world lives by this, and yes that implies that everyone fulfills their purpose.
As opposed to reproduction, not everyone in the world fulfills that, however with my model, you can expand on it, and it still would not be invalidated eg.
Every person is a working member of society, and God has set for them to be a specific member (lawyer) This could be a religious expansion.

Thats like saying what is a murderer, other than a person who kills people.
For me, I define a working member of society, as someone who contributes to their respective society, whether it be in a positive and productive, or a negative and unproductive way.

It is impossible to prove their is a purpose of our existence, I personally believe that there is no predetermined purpose, but rather there is a consistent trend of what humans do.

I mean more society.

X contributes to Y.
Y contributes to Z
Therefore X contributes to Z

X being the working member
Y being the society.
Z being the world.

And thats the point, it's so vague enough to encompass everyone.


Regardless this is just my opinion, I have no objective factual proof, nor does the Multiverse theory, it's really just my opinion.

Life: What is life? Life is everything, so to say. Its the only thing we have. Being Christian, i have asked myself about death before. It makes me feel weird for days on end. I think, When you die, what happens? You see black? Till when? When does forever end? I mean, I really only understand these questions. And to say anymore, i do not wanna look crazy now.

-But to me, Life: You live. You accomplish many things in life.(Successful job, a family, love, a nice car.) Then you die. Now here is when everything is different. Depending on what you believe in, i think that is where you go when you die. I believe that when i die. I will see a light and such. And god will be there waiting for me. But let us not talk of religion. That is a daring subject to speak of.

It specifically encompasses every human on the planet. Where it can be perceived to be vague is, 'contribute to society', just because you can contribute to society in an innumerable number of ways, does not make the statement vague as it is specific.

So the purpose of life is to die?

 

go on arguing that it is self evident that the purpose of our existence is to contribute to the world as a whole.



please take your argument to a teacher of yours and see what they say.

they will say that the theory of god is axiomatic.

I didn't mean it like that, I meant that autonomic processes are self evidently encompassed in being a working member of society.

I did in religion class, I got reprimanded for disrupting others learning purely because, I pointed out to the teacher that using the argument, 'God exists because the bible says so, and the bible is true because God said so', is flawed.

It's as valid as any other model, which are all opinions, and essentially not valid as such.

 

Basically, But to live life to the fullest before hand.
