What is the purpose of life?

So I was discussing on the: Is gay sex wrong? topic and what I said was that one of the life's purpose's is to keep the cycle of life going by reproduction.

What is your thought on the purpose of life?

 

In my humble opinion, the purpose of life is to max out one's Runescape account. The feeling one gets when he or she achieves 99 in a skill, such as woodcutting, should exceed any other worldly expectations. I won't rest until I'm the best Runescape player that's ever lived. Believe it.

 

Purpose in life is to play runescape and get max and then create a Ironman and resume, then resume again with HCIM. jk, To get humanity off of this earth and into mars.

 

To be honest , i think the creation of life was a mistake and was never meant to be formed. It's an amazing accident.

 

This to be honest. There is no intrinsic purpose to life, most likely out of chaos life was set in motion and then became more advanced through evolution and now we're here wondering what to do.

 

nicely put, if you think about this question too much you are going to drive yourself mad. I justify it by trying to enjoy my time here as much as I can and stay laid back.

Jokes aside; I'd say live a happy life and at the end not regret what life choices you did.

to grow and spread become more diverse. a.k.a grow your bank spread it over your land and diversify your assets.

 

IMO the purpose of life is to find out where it comes from

 

i maxed the first 2 stages of life 1800 tots on the hcim almost complete with life lul. after that its the uim life. after that i will no longer exist so i will take my sweet ass time to extend my longevity xD

 

My purpose would be too live a happy life and to do anything you like to do...

 

The purpose is created while we live. It is not shown to us.

 

the purpose of life is the life itself , you wouldn't ask yourself such questions if you wouldn't be alive.

 

The purpose of life hmmm, maybe we should ask, what is life, when we can figure outs its purpose.

Life is simply what matter can achieve given the right conditions and enough time.
Its purpose, none really, its just particles :O

I mean you could argue its to reproduce, but its what I mentioned before just energy bud.

“The literal meaning of life is whatever you're doing that prevents you from killing yourself.”

Simple and makes sense! Do whatever you want, we hopefully have 60 years left

Get an education, why? To get a job, why? To make money, why? To survive, why? Because we (or me personally) were put on this earth without choice

 

I think the purpose in life is to find peace with yourself. Unfortunately, for 90% of people that means having a stable income, working a job you don't like for money to survive, etc. There are things people can do to be happy though, go to the gym, be comfortable with your body, read books & expand your knowledge & imagination, find inner peace with yourself & search for enlightenment, etc. The more you have knowledge of the body mind and soul, the happier of a person you can be. That's just my opinion, but in the bottom line of things, happiness, comfortable with yourself, inner peace, those are the most important things to find in life.
