What Time Do you Usually go To Bed?

I thought it would be cool to state what time you usually go to bed and why... use any format for posting you would like but here is what i am choosing to use.

Time I Go To Bed: 3-6am

Reason: I have nothing to do but what i feel like and thats about the time I get tired.

What would change this: If my wife cared

Regardless..

I go to bed whenever I get tired. I'll go to work sometimes with no sleep and it never really bothers me.

 

9:00 P.M., which is now.

Reason: My mom makes me.

 

Usually 10 pm or 5 am, depends what I need to do the next day.

 

I usually head to bed around 11pm-1am during the week. Gotta be up at 6 for college and stuff.

 

I'm always up on 3rd shift. I go to bed whenever the hell I fall over dead on a 24 hr basis.

 

1AM - 3AM during the week as I have school and must wake up early.
3AM - 6AM on weekends depending if I have to wake up to go to work.

Sad.. i use to sleep 14 hours a day but now that i am in university i sleep 1-3 hours weekly and im out the entire weekend from Saturday to Sunday afternoon...

i have class Monday to Thursday full day ... then i work Friday also full day...

 

Eh, usually between 5 and 8 AM, I work nights.

 

Lol I go to bed at 12 AM when stressed out (mental stress wears me out physically) and if I'm not so stressed 4AM - then I usually sleep in till 10.

 

I'm usually in bed at 10-11pm on Schoolnights, asleep by 12.

 

since i get off work at 11pm i usually gethome and go to bed at 12. :/

 

Any where from 10 pm to 4 am on weekends. Really depends how much school work I have.

 

11pm-12pm (sometimes 1pm but barely happens) during weekdays.
Same on weekends unless I'm going out (no I'm NEVER behind my pc during nights )

 

Around 0-1 am, any suggestions how to go to sleep more early lol?

 

Around 3am even on school nights.

 

11-2am. weekdays.

2-6am weekends

 

U mean u cant sleep or u dont want to sleep earlier?

1. wake up more early, dont sleep till the noon etc ^^
