Is fire blast on a level 37 f2p pking account good?

Currently it's 56 mage, 33hp, 35 combat.
I've been alching/enchanting mostly.

 

Thats pretty good. I have some f2p account with 10 hp and 50 something magic. yours is better for pking

 

Well yeah, but the thing with magic pking in f2p, there's no k0. Yeah you could go crazy on some kid in rune, but he can spam food faster than you can damage him.

I say keep your current hp, go to RSBuddy, get the gatestone bot and get 99 mage. Takes less than 9 days. That would be a fun f2p account to pk on.

Is it worth getting ancients? =o
Never pked with ancients before

Ancients is nice, but like Stranger said you have no KO. Rockfish heal basically just as fast as Barrage hits. Most of the time, magic is only used as a hybrid technique because of this fact.

 

The only way you'd really get kills is if you're fighting someone with a similar build/low HP as well, if you're looking for a more solid pker you're gonna have to introduce either melee or range

I'd say get 99 mage and chaotic staff will hit 400+ with barrage

 

If you want to have fun get 50 mage and do the quest "Underground Pass" (I see you already have 50 mage). Iban blast will hit 25 on people, which basically two hits everyone at that level. You could also mess around with god spells at 60 which will also be very powerful for the combat level you'll be.

Don't be discouraged if you want to be a pure mager, your just going to need to find a group to pk with. Groups are defenitely going to want a mage whether its f2p or p2p.
