    What is the fastest way to maxed Combat Stats ?
    ok guys so i really want to know some good ways for 99 att / str / def

    current stats:

    86 attack
    83 strength
    82 defence

    i currently have a budget off about 8m+ ( will be more soon )

    i can bot 6-8 hours / day ..

    Please can you tell me what to do, and how long it will take per 99
