Is buying rs account safe?

If we were to exclude that the seller recover the account, lets say we purchased from legit and genuine seller

For Jagex side, what's the chance of getting ban for buying an account?
Does logging with Different IP, Different Country IP and also Different MAC address or etc causes higher chance of banning or etc?

Pretty low chance for it to be banned.

Pretty safe in terms of bans, but I don't think there's a scenario exists where you can exclude recovering the account. Even the most trusted members can scamquit anytime.. you have to consider it as a possibility.
