ok so im 15 and i have a negative paypal balance of 409.27 dollars and im really scared first i got a call from paypal telling me i was negative and should get it taken care of and told them i would but never planned on it the call everyday and today i got the mail and got a letter from a company that goes by I.C. system im guessing this is a collection agency and im scared ill get sued or have to go to court i live in the US what do i do!
