    What is RSBot_Accounts.ini?
    After looking around a bit, I think that's the file which stores your account data, or something of that sort. Also, your information is probably safe, because the file is encrypted.

    Just a quote from the website you used:

    Going from the name I assume it's a file containing RS account data.
