    What is max health a fresh level 3 can have from buffs?
    What is the max hp a fresh account (10hp) can have with buffs? And what are the buffs? Like saradomin brew, etc.? No prayer.

    Brews should take you to 12hp, and that's the maximum. It comes in handy when you're doing waterfall quest.
