How effective is recovery test really?

As the title says, I want to know from members how effective a recovery test is. Especially from those who have bought an account and had a recovery test done. Does the test really make the account safe to own?

 

Nothing ever makes the account safe. The original owner can always recover it

 

Here's a way to think about it, if they gave you enough details to recover it, so can they, and a true scammer would give the bare minimum [Even though it seems like a lot]

Honestly, I think it's retarded buying accounts unless they have a lot of trust, and even then it can get taken back.

9/10 times it gets hacked back apparently, and if you think about it, they profit from you in more ways then one, free money, and the money you put on the account, and the time.

This is how I've always thought about it and is the main reason I have yet to buy an account. I've considered purchasing an account before, I've even made offers, but I would be happy when I lost the bid. I've settled on bots. At least I know that the account will be safe.
