    DogeCoin?

I'm mining DogeCoins at the moment. I'm thinking about starting a new pool in which there is no corruption. I've just got scammed out of 1m Doge but I've got the address/phone/IP of the scammer so I'll be sure to pay him a visit. It's only $360 but its worth the 20 minute journey.

Besides that, what do you think about it? It got hacked for $13k early December so they've prioritised security. IMO, no crypto is going to beat BTC but do you think Doge will ever reach $1? The Bank of India has acknowledged it as a valid form of currency which is stupid AF. This could be a boost to an increase in value.

    Do I keep farming?

    DogeCoin?

Considering that Altcoins are popping up more than zits on a teenagers face lately, its unlikely. Unless an Altcoin is already established at this point in the game, I would say its chances are pretty slim.

    DogeCoin?

Doubt it. I think the cap is 100 billion dogecoins (someone correct me if I'm wrong) so I highly doubt it'd reach $1/coin. I'd say $0.20/coin tops, but realistically $0.02-$0.06.

    DogeCoin?

    http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1ufp6r/psa_all_shibies_please_update_your_dogecoin/

A "fork" has occurred in the dogecoin blockchain. With this update of the dogecoin client the limit on the amount of doge per block was raised from 500 million to 10 billion. In block number 42279 someone made a transaction that was over 500 million doge, and this has caused the blockchain to spilt into two peices which is known as a fork. This means that anyone still running the old client is now working on a bad blockchain. It is very important to the success of dogecoin that you update your client immediately.

Dogecoin is silly. Just look at the name.. It's low-security, low-value, and because it's not actually mainstream and well-supported by the average joes in crypto, it's not looking to go anywhere fast.

    DogeCoin?

I don't think any of these altcoins have very much potential off of their intended website. For example a "sythecoin" might be popular here, but the chances of it going mainstream are quite low unless it offers something distinctly unique.

    DogeCoin?

At this point, I would hold your DOGEs for the next crypto bubble. DOGE got so much attention this time around, that there's no way it doesn't at the very least get a pump and dump the next around time. And when it does, I expect it to outperform BTC and LTC by a large margin. But then I guess the question is - what's the target price? My guess is anywhere between $0.005 - $ 0.02 per coin during peak. That would temporarily inflate its market cap to anywhere from $250M to $1B assuming 50B DOGEs are mined by then. In contrast, BTC will probably be pushing a $50-100B market cap if/when that happens.

Now all of the other crap : like CAT, COINYE, etc literally tried to "copy" DOGEs early success. Those coins you just want to mine and trade in BTC/LTC right away.
