What is better to train strength with, SS or Dragon Scimitar?

~Post your opinions please. I'm going to get 99 str, should i use a sara sword or a d scimmy?

 

Dragon scimitar is the best weapon to train with, whether it be attack, strength, or defence. It's fast, strong, and effective.

 

I beg to differ, with a whip you may get 70 - 80k xp per hour, in attack and defence. But for strength training, Sara sword it has the same speed is a whip with more str bonus.

 

The only reason why i have my doubts is that it doesn't hit quite often. I got one yesterday and the hit ratio was appalling.

 

SS doesn't hit often enough. D scim is best when training str.

 

Train with D Scim , is the best way.

 

I say sara sword or D scimitar.

 

Dragon Scimmy is the way to go. Great str bonus, and decent spec as well. The Sara Sword isn't the same speed as a whip A 2 handed weapon that is fast? Its just a waste of money imo.

actually it really is the same speed, try duelling som1 in the duel arena with one, and atk him with ur whip, you will see, they are the same....

 

Oh, I've never tried it. But to me, its a big blow on funds

sara sword cause its fast as whip and better str then scimmy and noobs druel when they see it

 

Dscim Its good in my opinion and much less

 

Its best to use sara sword when you have 85+ attack, if not use dragon scimitar cause its also way cheaper and you can weild a sheild or whatso ever

 

Saradomin sword has the same strength bonus as whip, and the same speed. the only difference is the strength training option.

It doesnt differ between it and the Ssword to much but if your strapped with cash and you're able to afford an SS then go ahead.

 

If you've got decent attack and defence, go for a SS, if not, go for DScimitar
