Make a new Skype, add him. Collate all the proof you have. Email/skype him it, and let it be known to him. If he doesn't comply still, proceed to submit proof to Hearthstone support via forums/however their report system works for boosting.

 

Tbh, with how widely paypal is used, $150 isn't worth not paying it. Just pay the balance and learn to be more careful who you trust with paypal next time.

if anyone wants to get boosted in hearthstone to legend ill do it for 150$ just going to end up paying the debt through this.

 

I've always had better luck with paypal when I call versus trying to do things online, try to call them and explain the situation? I have had them fix things that there is no option to do online, the techs their have a lot of pull and can do a lot of things to help, they seem to ignore online support though for virtual items.

If you don't pay it back it will go to collections, they can file an order and have this taken out of your next tax return (assuming you live in USA, or another place with similar laws that Paypal is able to do so in).. you are better off paying it.
