It's about time he made a video dedicated to this idea, he mentioned it a handful of times in prior videos. Definitely like this guys, if you don't want carpal tunnel and cross eyes.

 

I posted about this in HLF. It needs to be another Dungeoneering reward since they removed so many of the other dung rewards, and also because the bonecrusher/herbicide are dung rewards.

 

Agreed, what irks me is how they left the Dungeoneering shop idle for such a prolonged period of time. What could have been going through their heads, 120 Dg rakes in 5 million (guestimate) tokens or more and the most expensive prize costs 200K tokens.

God this would make slayer, and summoning so much more enjoyable. Hopefully Jagex will do something right...

 

Lol at 1 token/10 xp, you should end up with roughly 10m tokens at 120. The true value is 10,050k but SoF and ragequits add xp but no tokens. Most people going to 120 usually just soend ~7-8m tokens at 119 in order to get 119 to 120 in a day (training the other 4m legitly ofc).

 

A charm collector would be so nice to have!

This would be amazing. Burst rock lobs would become slightly more afk, and then it would make bots gain slightly more.

 

Omg that would help come on jagex help us out, I have 98 slayer and 98 summoning so i bet this would help me loads.

It wouldn't hurt adding a master quest in there to get whatever item its gonna be to collect charms like the ava and animal magnetism.... I wouldn't just want it to be a game ad on like omg collecting charms with no work done that would take away the thrill. So ye i would support this if it actually added Little quality and time, work effort to the game.

 

Doing the earth ancient magic spell in waterbirth island dungeon on the dags in the first room is best for charms now apparently

 

I would like a charm gatherer to be nerfed, just like bonecrusher and herbicide are nerfed to an extent. You can't loot the bones or herbs in order to sell them and use them at their full potential, so I think a charm gatherer should be the same.

 

I was hoping someone would come along and make a more accurate value for tokens, thanks Kero. Also wanted to agree with your last comment, it should be nerfed to some extent to fit-in with the other Dung prizes.

 

Maybe only be able to collect two types of charms at a time, ones that you select otherwise I don't see a way to make it nerferd without it being pointless

 

That sounds cool, but it makes it boring for players without the need of going around to pick them up. Although it's a good idea in the long run

 

It hardly makes it boring when you have an extra 10 things to concentrate on now
