The dice bag is commonly used to form dice games. The one dice game is the high roll game, in this game the host player will have a dice bag and a sum of money (usually a couple million gp). Gamblers will join the friend chat the host is in, trade their bet over to the host, then wait for the result. The host will accept the bet, call out the bet (Ex. "Goodluck, 100k bet, PlayerName), then determine whether the player won or lost. Winning or losing depends on the rules of the particular dice game. One of the most common games is the 55x2 game. The host uses the 1-100 option for the dice. If the roll is over 55 the gambler wins; if it's below they lose. Depending on the game a 55 can be a win, loss, or tie. Many different versions of this game exist with different odds. If a gambler wins they receive their bet x2 in return. Another game played is called Dice Dueling. This involves one player giving a host their bet, or "wager", then the host calls out "{amount} wager @ Host Name". Someone would then trade the host and give them the same amount, thus calling the bet or wager. Then both players roll the dice, and the higher player wins and trades the host to get the "pot", which is both people's money. It is very common for dice hosts to scam their gamblers, even if the hosts appear rich, high level or legitimate. Gamble at your own risk.
