Botting from a different IP?

I want to start botting RC to 99, but im afraid ill get banned. So I want to know if i can run the bot that shows a different IP at jagex. So if i get banned, ill say my account was hacked and theyll probably reverse the ban. Is this possible, and how? Im using RSBOT btw

You won't get banned even with the worst RC bot. A friend of mine recently tested their system by clicking on his clan avatar on the same pixel around every few seconds running 24/7. He got manually banned after 3 weeks.

But yes, you could bot with a different IP as mentioned above.

 

You'll most likely get banned.

 

Jagex doesn't IP ban/ban multiple accounts based on IP address.
You will be just fine botting normally.

 

No, its not the fact that i'm afraid of being IP banned. Its that i can have an excuse that my account was hacked, and that the hacker was the one botting.

 

Well you could rent a VPS and run bots off that? It will show up as a completely different IP to yours and some of the packages on Rs vps sites already have the bots installed .

Not sure if it's worth the cost of buying a VPN just to bot one account it can get pricey.
I'm also not sure if that excuse will even work, but it's worth a try.

Or you can just use a safe script/bot smartly and not have to worry too much about a ban. Bans aren't really too common if you are using a good stable bot/script and bot responsibly.

 

Its a pretty good account. And ive heard many stories of people getting banned, so im kinda worried.

 

Even if you bottled on a different IP it would only work for so many sessions.
Like if you 'got hacked' and the 'hacker' botted on your account that means you can't play legit on it/go back and forth from botting to legiting too often.

And I'm not even too sure that the excuse of different IP/hacked would even work.

Honestly though just use a stable script, baby sit it, and don't overdo it/don't bot more than you would play legit and you'll be just fine.

 

Use a vpn or vps. Although it doesn't really matter.
