[Help from MODS] Paypal funds and Sythe

Hello guys. I have a question about my paypal account, here is the thing:

I was limited like an year ago on my moms paypal account (I was 17 and didnt have a credit card so we used her account. It got limited because when I went on vacations I logged in the paypal account and got limited due to the IP change)

So we phoned paypal and we had to wait like an year to be able to withdraw the funds of it [has 110 dollars) the thing is that you can only bank transfer if you're from the USA otherwise you gotta request a check but to do this the amount has to be atleast 150 usd.

I was wondering if I could sell the paypal account, I dont even play RuneScape but like for example rsgp and then sell it as otherwise I wont be able to withdraw the funds

Also you can't request a name change unless it's been spelled incorrectly, so I doubt they can withdraw the amount to their bank.

Forgot about that, you're right there so this is useless. You can change the name but not the last name, but anyways, finding someone with my last name in sythe would be too much lol

What's your question here? You don't have to be from the USA only to withdraw to your bank account. Call PayPal customer service and plea your case.
