What does it need?

What else can I do to it?
I went for the hand drawn, 16 colors feel. I also went past that in places, but it works nicely.
It's for a myspace layout. Everything on it is my work except for E. Honda and the picture of the girl.

Wait for it to load because it's huge. I didn't feel like making the rain.gif tile correctly, so I make it large.
Looks best on 1024x768.
