What does an MM do?

I am looking to buy a very high level account but am looking for a description of what an MM does? Do I give them the money/ the other person gives the acc and then they give it to the appropriate people for the swap?

The other person will give the details to the MM, when they have done a recovery check and have all the correct info. You send the seller the money, and the MM gives you the account.

 

The MM is the middleman in the trade.
The MM is supposed to make the trade safe.
But the trade will never be safe if the trade consists of account trade/paypal $.
As accounts can always get recovered.
And paypal $ can always get recovered.
