ouch, wouldn't it at least leave some sort of scar on your skin or does it remove it cleanly with no remains?

Not to bad indeed, I still wouldn't get a tattoo. I'm happy with my body the way it is :p
To be honest, I'm kind of interested in to why people actually get tattoo's. My order brother has a tattoo and I think he was peer-pressured into it and just to look cool or fit in but there are lots of reasons to why people get tattoo's. Maybe some people get it to express themselves or send out a message.

Lots of different reasons. Some people think it's cool, others want to look different, or just want to follow the crowd.

I contemplated getting one because the girl I was with at the time wanted me to get one. Good thing the relationship ended, and I delayed getting it. Would've been the worst decision of my life.

The reasons you listed are all very obviously biased. There are a multitude of other reasons people may get tattooed. I have 3 you wouldn't see unless you saw me in my underwear that are ALL very personal to me. Tattoos often tell stories, commemorate accomplishments and milestones in your life, celebrate your history ect ect.

My friend has an entire sleeve that essentially tells his families story immigrating into america to present day. I'm sure he got that to "fit in".

Not saying a lot of tattoos aren't gotten because of the reasons you listed.. but no where near all of them. Don't discount tattooing because a bunch of dickweeds get tribal or kanji shit because it looks cool. All that said I still suggest anyone considering tattoos to atLEAST wait till you're 20+. I've got 6, sure some of them are very personal but I regret a few I got fresh out of highschool. Tattooing is an oddly addicting/exciting process, its very easy to go overboard.

I did say lots of different reasons, and the reasons I listed were just some of the standard arguments of getting one relative to the description he gave. Tattoos done for sentimental value is definitely a reason as well.

Really like to look at other peoples tattoos, it looks nice and cool on them, but i think its too hard to predict your future as it can also make bad impression for employer about you and it is also very expensive to remove it.. While it looks really nice on other people i still wouldnt risk to do it on myself

They look cool but I don't think I'll ever get any. It's become more of a fashion statement and that usually isn't smart cause fashion changes, your tattoos cant.

I actually loves and enjoy seeing tattoos and the art and beauty behind them, well at least to some extent. Most of the tattoos that people get are usually trendy and unoriginal, with no meaning behind them. Only enjoy those with a story, or that are out of the ordinary and creative.
They are not for me though. I only stick with body modification (ear stretching and piercings) as I enjoy those and that fits more of my personality.

For the longest time as a teen, I wanted to have a lot of different tattoos and even drew them out on paper. As I got older, pretty much when I was 19 - 20, I just realized they really aren't for me and will probably never get one. Glad I did wait until I was more mature to think about it.
