Accidents Happen

I got in an accident yesterday, nothing too serious, but nonetheless not my fault. It turns out that the man (he was about 32) who was in the other car that I got into the accident with decided to lie to the insurance companies and make it seem like it was my fault.

I'm beyond pissed off because the accident was not even close to my fault. We had a police officer come and write a report. I won't know what her report said for a few days, but I'm hoping it's in my favor - which it should be if she understood the explanation of the accident. Is this just me, or wouldn't this just enrage you too?

 

It'd piss me off to the max...

If it happened to my dad, as I can't drive yet, he'd be like "Well, if you're not gonna comply with the law and give a truthful statement, neither am I. Watch your back." Then him and a few friends would give him 'the two o'clock knock'.

Some dude in London, who was renting my dad's flat owed him payments. So he kicked him out, and basically said, "There's no point me chasing you up for payments I know you can't afford, so I'll let you off." Not many people would do something like that nowadays. Anyway, this dude trashed the flat before he left. Dad got some of his friends, who were scaffolders, and beat the holy fuck out of this guy.

My girlfriends step-dad poured petrol over a guys car and lit it cuz he owed him money.

Whut I'm trying to say is... The judal system is shite, and get's you nowhere. If he's not going to follow the law... Why should you? xD

what happened i may be able to tell you whos actual fault it is. I'm a paid/volunteer EMS, i've seen a lot small finder-benders down at the oceanfront.

 

Mind telling us the rest of the story? You skip a few parts...

 

I was headed straight on a two lane high way. He was headed on the same highway going the opposite direction. He then proceeded to cross the double yellow lines and make a left in front of the traffic without yielding the right of way to the people headed straight. He never checked the lanes completely and tried to zoom across and he collided with me. I squared him up right in the side of his car but it was his fault.

 

Did you tell the cops that?

It happens all the time where they try to blame the other person even though it was their fault, I'd be beyond pissed, but good luck in it going in your favor.
