What do we know about bans?

Hi guys,
I know it is a very speculative matter but I'm just curious, what do you know about how Jagex catches botters.

I'm talking about people botting medium risk. Not gold farming, just wanting a few 99s that they can't be bothered getting.

Stuff like, failing randoms increases chance of ban, being reported a lot, 24 hour stints, multiple connections from an IP. Anything that could be helpful

We know that you get banned when you bot and the only way to not get banned is to not bot " so who bout that life" and yes your IP can get flagged.
