What do i do?

I've been permanently muted since june 2008. I got muted for something i did all in one day. before i got in trouble i only had 0.7 black marks and then got 10 in 1 hour. All i was doing was playing along with a girl that was saying i'll suck you for money. and i started asking about her like if she was a poor kid and if she did it in real life. then i got muted for asking for personal details.

What i'm wondering is will i get unmuted after a year. Many people told me you get unmuted after a year. Also why did i never get a last chance appeal. Being muted is like being banned almost. I tried emailing jagex but it didn't work. and i just found out that they had a forum where you could get your account reviewed on feb 9th 2009. I missed it but how can i get my account reviewed if i'm permanently muted and not a member. So i'm just looking for some feedback on what i try to do.
