    Yeah this happens a lot, and I seriously doubt changing your title would result in a perm ban, maybe a temp. This bug really doesn't give the player an advantage over anyone like some other bugs gave.

    It's not a hard glitch. It's as simply as a force teleport to get away from Mobilising Armies. And their are a lot of force teleports.

    The bugs been around for a long time, its not a serious thing, so there wouldn't really need to be reason to be friends with J-Mods
