[Food] Taco Bell - Chicken + Beef Mini Quesadilla

Someone requested that I try the mini quesadillas, so I did. Here's my story:

I made it home, knowing the quesadillas would be soggy. I open my bag to see two tinfoil-wrapped entities in my bag. I also noticed a separate bag for the hot sauce + napkins + some mints! That's new. No more soggy napkins! (By the way, I had some lime mints at a restaurant a few weeks back. Best mints I've had.)



Price paid: $1 each

I opened the foil and looked at the pathetic mess inside. I thought to myself, "I'd rather get a regular taco over this." But it was too late. I was forced to eat it as a soft taco anyways, as you can see they weren't very stiff:



I then apologized for showing Sythe.org my crotch. "What have I done?!?" I screamed while typing out a thread. No worries, I was far from aroused. At least, not for long.

I quickly unloaded glob after glob of sauce all over half of each quesadilla. When I had a nice coating all over the warm meat's exterior, I knew it was time to go down and eat it. No homo, it was my own sauce.

I ate the chicken one first. Without the hot sauce, it was pretty bad. With the sauce, it was decent. Beef was decent without, and better with the sauce. I'd rather get the beef one if I was forced to, but I wouldn't get any of them to be honest.

They had some funky smelling chipotle sauce on them. I wish I had known someone else had already sauced them. (I already knew.) I don't like the sauce. Whatever.

Very low 3/5 for the chicken, and a high 3/5 for the beef. I wouldn't get them again. I'd get the Frito burrito I reviewed earlier. Which I did. This time it had way more Fritos as well as more rice. Beef and cheese levels were the same, so it had less of a cheesy taste which disappointed me. At least it was bigger than the one I had last time.

Don't buy these, get the Frito burritos.

Shit. You're right. I wasn't supposed to post this. It was for my new Dumpster Diver series of threads.

It is fast food, so what do you expect? Plus I'm opening the product up, which is a big no-no, taking a picture with a crappy webcam, in yellow lighting. Yes, it's going to look awful. It's surreal.

 

I had the chicken one and it did NOT look like that. It was crispy and half decent.

It's not about the looks! I got the taste and I'm sure it's what they were aiming for, but it just wasn't my thing. It was only soft because I had to take it all the way home to eat it because it was too late at night.

Yep! $1 each of those. Just look at how big the Frito burrito is, too. That's the best buy in my opinion at Taco Bell right now.

I don't feel bad right now but I haven't had to pass this yet. I don't think it'll be bad lol.

 

Yeah, I saw a show on 'freegans' and I was like 'what the hell?' who wants to voluntarily eat like a homeless person.

 

Update on that bag with the napkins + sauce + two mints: It also has a moist towelette! Taco Bell is getting fancy. Kari-Out brand.

Update 2: The mint sucks. It has a weak taste and a weak minty feeling. 1/5 mint. Oh my goodness I think it is a cinnamon mint! NO! Is it too late to change my rating?

Update 3: The towelette has a cheap lemony scent but it's whatevers. 4/5 towelette because it does its job.

All you have to do is befriend people who work at restaurants you like and bam! Free food.

They have a hint of coconut oh my gosh no wonder they were so good. 5/5 mint by the way.
