How do I remove "File Residue"?

I uninstalled WoW due to the fact I quit, and I still got the file residue coming up in search:

    I am using Windows 7,
    Tried disk cleanup (Cleanmgr)
    Restarting didn't help

    I am out of ideas.

Searching for "World of Warcraft" (Removed 2 days ago.)

Then it's unable to locate it since it's deleted?

Go where you installed it, and manually delete them? See if that works.
