What armour/Cape is this?

[Hewd]

Armour:
(I'm pretty sure its bought with rune coins but whats it called)
(The armour to the left, not the yellow one

Capes:
Please state what they are and how you get them(Tell me which color you are talking about tho)

It looks like the golden mining suit, but I'm not 100% sure. The cape on the left I think is the completionist cape, untrimmed though.

Dwarven mining suit + completionist cape, cape requires all 99s, all quests, all diarys and loadssss of other tedious stuff.
