{need Help}

I need bit of help, if anyone knows the answer.

Say if i put credit on a mobile phone, using my credit card.....
On some games it is possible to use credit to gain points - credits ect.....

if i used my credit card to put credit on my mobile to gain these points, is it possible for me to be recognised?

i mean will anyone no that i used my credit card to top up my fone to spend on a game??
