Old Account Locked

Hey guys, I am trying to recover an old account of mine that got locked because I got hacked a few years ago and since it's old I don't remember its informations such as IP where I created, payment details, exact date of creation.
I don't have access to the e-mail of creation but I know it if it helps.

I just want to know if there is any possible way to recover it, and yes, I already tried to send an appeal to Jagex but y'all know that their system of recovery is horrible.

I'm willing to pay something for recovering this account, it's very special for me.
