Can you recover accounts without the email address?

Tried to recover an old account of mine, i forgot the pass, and I forgot the email.. I guess you can't recover accounts without knowledge of the email? So if someone took your account and changed the email you'll never get it back?

 

I believe you just need the original IP and some sort of knowledge on the acc as Jagex really just looks for IP in recoveries, unless of course it's an email login. In which case you'd need your login at the very least.

And then click 'select option'- 'I can't log in' - 'Account stolen' and you'll be on a recovery page.

 

If your the owner of the account then you can, if your not then I'm sorry its a NO. Having information of the account such as recovery,passwords,ISP etc.. don't matter as jagex said themselves that if the IP matches then yea you get a email saying Recovery Approved or something like that.

 

Yeah you have to go through the jagex customer support, but only when you are the original owner

 

Yeah this works, if you have creation details etc. you will get your account back even if you don't know any current recoveries, passwords etc. I had one of my accounts keylogged and got it back by using account help, normal recovery attempts were denied like instantly.
