What are the most satisfying and unsatisfying things?

I feel most satisfied during those 'aha' moments, which happen sometimes spontaneously throughout the day, sometimes while reading or watching a movie.
As for the most unsatisfying thing I can think of at the moment, I would say it is the attempt and inability to change the people I know. That's a habit that's very difficult to abandon altogether.

 

Satisfying: Being able to sleep in the morning.

Unsatisfying: People changing who they are and try to act tough in front of other people and try to diss you.
