The New RSBuddy

Does anyone have any REAL information on it?

From what I've read, it seems like it is going to be a RuneScape client (not a bot) that has an open API for people to script plugins for it... The plugins will be able to get client data like a bot used to because RSBuddy will use reflection to get data; however, it will not be a bot because it does not contain an internal mouse or an internal keyboard.

 

No one at this point has an solid information or evidence. I'd say just wait 2 more days

 

Two days is forever

I heard it has two new developers, and that Jacmob wasn't a lead developer on the project... he just owns the company... does anyone have any idea who the lead devs might be?

 

I have seen pictures but they may be fake.

Some of you may also have noticed recently that a significant former bot developer RSBuddy has both acknowledged the harm caused to RuneScape by bots but also completely renounced the further development of any bot software, taking the decision to reform into a RS fansite instead. I warmly welcome this well considered and smart development, I hope that all other bot developers will quickly see the wisdom in RS Buddy’s actions and likewise summarily shut down their own harmful operations before it’s too late. In recognition of recent events and as gesture of goodwill Jagex will draw a line under RSBuddy’s previous activity and that of their former customers provided they remain true to their pledge."
