What are the best practices when RWT in RS3?

I have gotten back to RS3 after a long time of not playing. Almost no gold left after spending it on levelling expensive skills.

Want to buy some gold, but I do not want to lose my account as this is my main. Wanted to ask some experienced gold buyers and sellers like you some questions:

Have you ever been banned for buying gold?
- If yes, what was the volume and how did it happen

Do you trade directly to your account or first to a middleman/mule?
- If directly, any tips?
- If not directly, do you have different IPs and do you wait or do smaller portions?

Any recommended volumes? I am thinking about buying a few hundred millions
- I have heard that a few hundred millions should not be a problem

Do you have any tips for not getting banned?
- Anything that might come to mind
- Can you recommend any specific sellers (that also accept crypto, preferably ETH)

When buying gold, you have a very slim chance of being banned. They really only target the sellers.

Always shop around, prices fluctuate every day and some sites/users may offer better rates than others. Whenever I buy gold I always prefer stake trading, as I feel it is less of a risk. No matter how trusted the person/site you buy from is, make sure you video/get screenshots of the trade in case something wrong does occur.
