How do they make money ?!

hi , i'm currently in the gift cards trading business , and when working in some websites i encounter some interesting low fees , for example buysellvouchers fees go to 0.4%-0.3% and that makes me think , how are they making money ?! that seems too low ( i mean i'm not complaining hahah )..and btw if you know any other interesting website leave them in the comments ,thank ^^

 

They would still make money at -0.4%
It's probably a way to convert cash to virtual currency like crypto.
Someone is probably paying 5% to 10%, that is, buying the cards for face value and selling them at a discount.
