What account shall i make

Heya, I have a lvl 3 with about 30m on.
Hmm what shall i do With the stats.
60 attack - 90 Strenght - 80 Rc 1 defence 1 prayer. #1
85 attack 85 strenght 85 ranged 94 mage 99 hp 52 pray #2
80 defence 94 ranged 99 hp Low Attack And strenght. #3

I need some ideas so post away

 

I'd say number 3.. 80 rc wouldn't be too easy with 1 def and 1 prayer..obviously it's possible but it's long/hard as hell.
