Ok im having my tonsils removed for a second time. Im 14 and I had them removed first time when I was 12. The first time they used a scalpal and it took about 2 weeks for me to get better. This time they're removing half of 1 tonsil, and they're using a laser. Im supposed to be going to a theme park 1 week after the surgery and I want to know if I should be able too? I heard bleeding risk is only after the scabs come off and if when the scabs off there's no bleeding im safe, but if i bleed then i have to be setback for the risk.

I want to ride rollercoasters and other rides so could I ride a rollercoaster or would be throat pop and I'd die.

    Just Wondering....

I don't quite understand, how can you have your tonsils removed, twice. That would imply you had them removed, then at a later date re-attached and now their being removed again?

    I demand explanation sir.

    ^ Ok dumbass ill explain.

My ENT was an idiot and somehow didn't remove half of a tonsil.

It was there 3 weeks after surgery and now it's infected 2 years later and got's to go.

Way to not answer my fucking question!

The real "dumbass" sir is one who fails to indicate such information in the OP.

But back on topic, i doubt anyone here on Sythe is a credible source of information for this topic (e.g. a Doctor) and won't be able to give you good enough grounds to a definite answer.

If theres a possibility of "your throat popping" from going on a roller coaster with your tonsil condition, then you have 2 options:

1.) Consult your local doctor for advice, not Sythe which is a craiglist website of virtual goods, so very irrelevant.

2.) If you don't want to go to your local doctor, take the safest bet which is just not to go on any roller coasters, that way, your not risking your health.

Look at it this way, if some random fellow on Sythe told you "Yeah no worries mate go away you'll be fine, of course it won't burst or pop" and you then went along and went on it, and it did go wrong, you'd be very pissed.
