What is the Best thing to alch?

anybody know the best thing to alch when buying the nats and the item and if there is profit?

Maple longbows (u) are ok, easy to buy and dont make that big of a loss

 

I heard lobsters are quite good also, not sure tho

I do maple longbow (u) but u dont make profit, you can do air battlestavs and buy 100 at a time and even buying the nats and buying the stavs you still profit. Gl alching
