Help i think ive been hacked runescape

I am using my combat lvl 131 to play runescape recently seeing as how my recs are just set and the pass is changed. Although recs arent unset so i dont panic. Is there any possible way someone can see what im doing on my computer at anytime without me knowing and without me clicking on a link of somesort etc

 

I'm no expert but scan your computer for any keyloggers as that could be how someone got a hold of your password.

As for someone watching what your doing on your computer, I know there are many ways but the only way I know is through TeamViewer (yeah I'm pretty dumb).
