Western Union help

Hi, this is the first time I've tried to use Western Union. I've gotten the 'Error U8201' TWICE when trying to send payment on western union on TWO different cards (from two different banks). I have checked my banks for any restrictions to either accounts and neither has.
After googling it I found out the error means 'The error code U8201 means that your transaction did not meet our validation criteria'. I have no idea what that validation criteria is, the only thing I can think of is that I haven't uploaded any I.D. as the first few payments, you don't need to for payment under £400...

Does anyone know if I definitely need ID for WU? Or have any further insight in what the 'validation criteria' is?

 

I believe you can send 3 times on w/u online before having to verify identity.

The 3 sendings have a limit though of like 500$ish not sure.
