    How to remove web browser toolbars

    Sick of those annoying toolbars clogging up your web browser?
    Read this guide to find out how to remove (most of) them!

    Removal of Internet Explorer toolbars:

    If you are looking to get rid of the Google, Yahoo or any other toolbar for Internet Explorer, read on...

    Step 1:
    Open up your Start menu

    Step 2:
    Go to your Control Panel
    [​IMG]

    Step 3:
    Go to the Add or Remove Programs catergory
    [​IMG]

    Step 4:
    Find the Toolbar you wish to remove
    [​IMG]

    Step 5:
    Click and Uninstall/Remove the toolbar
    [​IMG]

    Restart Internet Explorer for changes to take effect.

    Voila! No more toolbar(s)!

    Removal of Mozilla Firefox toolbars:

    Step 1:
    Open up Mozilla Firefox

    Clicks on 'tools' in the option menu

    Step 3:
    In the tools menu click on 'Adds ons'

    Step 4:
    In the 'Add ons' click on 'Extensions'

    Step 5:
    Select toolbar you wish to remove

    Step 6:
    Click Disable or Uninstall whichever your preference

    Restart Firefox for changes to take effect.

    Voila! Toolbar(s) removed!
