Best use of 30M

Alright, so here's my situation. I just liquidated my inventory into a comfy 31M coins. I'm deciding what would be the best way to spend this money. I'd prefer it were items and not skills. But post what you think regardless I suppose.
My current stats are:
att & def: 75 str: 77 const: 75 summoning:11
mage: 54 pray:60 ranged:50

agi: 44 herb:19 thief:41 craft: 50
fletch:27 slay:37 mining:41 smith: 45
fish:23 cook:22 wc:66

 

Helm: Berserker -> Neitz
Body: Bandos -> Torso -> Runeplate body
Legs: Tassets -> Barrows -> Runeplate legs
Boots: Dragon
Off-hand: Dragon Fireshield -> Rune Defender -> Obsidian Shield
Ring: Berserker -> Warrior -> Whatever
Amulet: Fury -> Glory -> Strength
Gloves: Rune+ RFD -> Regen Bracelet -> Combat Bracelet

Depends on what you want to train. Attack and Defence, Whip. Strength, Dragon Scimmy.

Was thinking that, but it'd be a bit expensive for his budget.

 

Its not that you suggested tassets and bcp or anything...

 

SS might be an option as it were, seeing as how I don't have it in my budget to really afford anything other than barrows/rune armor as it were. If I sold the SS, I could MAYBE afford BCP, but that'd cut my remaining GP down by quite some amount.

 

Train your range/mage for sure.

 

You could invest the 30m you already have in skills that might benefit you more use in the future like prayer, herb, con, smith or etc. You could also spend it on armor to train slayer and make more cash .

with 31m, i suggest that you tan hides (using rsbots.net auto tanner) u make like 300k/hr thats if u want only cash
otherwise buy a whip, get a torso, buy a fury, dh legs, defender and go train slayer
