    Runescape Email removal?

    So like i recently wanted to remove my unwanted email but i forgot what it was, and it says that email can no longer be removed if i don't know it... so i guess there's no other way of removing the email ?

    Try contacting Jagex Support through a Billing Query and see what they can do to verify that you are the owner of the account.

    Good luck.

    Why was this locked? Don't lock threads when discussions can happen :)

    There is a legitimate way of doing this;

    Step 1: Account Management

    Step 2: Email Preferences

    Step 3: Log in, and go to the very bottom under all of the choices

    Step 4: When you see "If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking here. " Click there, and it will remove the email from it.

    Done.

    I tried that method earlier, and the page I was presented after clicking the unsubscribe button said Jagex had changed their email policy and that there would be an unsubscribe code :\

    No, I've been trying though. If you manage to find a solution, do tell me it.

    I think you need to recover your account threw email and it takes it off if the recover is accepted. I think.
