Wester Union:
--The minimum purchase amount for this method of payment is 10mil because it is not worth it for both you and me to trade lesser amounts using this method.
2. I will give you the required information to completed a money transfer
3. At this point you may either go to your local WU location to send the money or send it online
4a. If you are sending it online, completed the account registration form.
4b. If you are sending the money from your local WU, then fill out the Money Transfer forms provided with the information I have given you.
5a. Fill out the information requested on the Money in Minutes page; you will be required to call WU to confirm sending your money.
5b. Submit the form to the WU agent and make sure to record the MTCN which you will be given.
6. Provide me with the MTCN and your first and last name.
7. I will go to pick up the money at my local WU which can take up to an hour or as little as 20 mins after which we will trade in Runescape.

PayPal:
Only sythe members with a post count of 100+ Are alloud to use this method and buy infinite ammount of mills, having to claim and cancel . Members with low post count, can also use paypal, but will only be able to buy a few mills at a time and also have to Claim and cancel, I will have a paypal that does not accept credit cards, so you must have funds in your paypal. I do not accept CC's if you send me a payment with a CC, the payment will automaticaly be refused.

I personaly do not trust any MM's. If you would like to do small incrments, 1M, 2M, 3M until you gain my trust and I get vouched by other people that is fine with me. Or we can use an offical MM, highly trusted, let me know in advance who you want to use, please note you pay all MM fees.
